This workshop explores how the constructs of "identity" and "masculinity" influence the male psyche, and men's mental wellbeing. Special attention will be given to culturally sensitive, holistic strategies for maintaining mental health, wellbeing, and peak performance in the context of historical distortions, sociocultural forces, and internalized interpretations that impact men.
